He is a Malaysian with truly international exposure, having spent over three decades living and working outside Malaysia, in England, Myanmar, Hong Kong and currently in Thailand. He is the CEO of Ayana Co. Ltd., an organization powered by “Partnering Success”, advising and partnering in ventures that creates positive impact on society. His philosophy is to make a difference in communities where he has steered his entrepreneurship skills into initiating projects that are not always necessarily for profit but for enriching and benefiting communities in the region.

Stephen is the founder and Chairman of Global Entrepreneurship Thailand, a group that works in collaboration with the organization like the ASEAN Business Advisory Council and Thailand's Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP) to promote opportunities that supports the ASEAN Economic Community with Entrepreneurship activities in Thailand. He Host Thailand's Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), the world’s largest entrepreneurship movement.

He is an active contributor in the business community and sits on the board of the Malaysian Thai Chamber of Commerce, Thailand (MTCC) as an elected Director. He chairs the Joint Foreign Chamber of Commerce Thailand's (JFCCT) working group on Entrepreneurship and serves on JFCCT's committee for ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and Property - as well as being on the investment committee of Thailand’s Board of Trade. Stephen is on the Board of Trustee of the Gusi Peace Prize International, Philippines and is an adviser to the Pilbusonggram Foundation, Thailand.
